| This brand-new hotel had the impeccable service I expect from the Four Seasons. The food at the ART cafe was gorgeously presented and beautifully prepared. The staff was exceptional and the location could not be better. |

| We enjoyed the usual "Four Seasons" level of service from friendly, attentive employees.
The decor of the hotel is very contemporary, with little use of color. The hallway on our floor gave us the feeling we were in a hospital. If you like contemporary, this is for you. If not, I'd look around a bit for something with a warmer feeling. |
